Referral & Rewards Scheme

If you are delighted with our service, it pays not to keep it to yourself!

For individuals:

Referrals made for workshops & teambuilding activities:

1. A monetary incentive of 20% of the total workshop training fees will be awarded to the individual.

Referrals made for consultancy projects:
A monetary incentive will be awarded to the individual in the following formats:

1. 5%-9% for consultancy projects above SGD 20,000;
2. 10% for consultancy projects between SGD 10,000 to SGD 19,999;
3. 15% for consultancy projects below SGD 10,000.

For companies:

Referrals made for workshops & teambuilding activities:

1. A monetary incentive of 20% of the total workshop training fees will be awarded to the company; OR
2. A concession of up to 15% for ALL future workshops/talks/programmes.

Referrals made for consultancy project: A monetary incentive will be awarded to the company in the following formats:

1. 5%-9% for consultancy projects above SGD 20,000;
2. 10% for consultancy projects between SGD 10,000 to SGD 19,999;
3. 15% for consultancy projects below SGD 10,000.

For individuals:

Workshops & Teambuilding activities:

1. For individuals who have attended at least one of our workshops/talks/programmes, a 15% concession will be awarded to you for ALL future workshops/talks/programmes.

For companies:

Workshops & Teambuilding activities:

• For companies who engage our services for workshops/talks/programmes at least once a month for a minimum of one year period, a 20% savings in total training fees will be awarded to the company.

Consultancy Project:

• For companies who wish to engage our consultancy services on a retainer basis, you can get to enjoy up to 50% in savings. Scope of services will vary accordingly to the terms and conditions as stated in the letter of engagement.
