EDC@SMa

SMA was founded in 1932 by 17 pioneering manufacturers with the objective of representing the interests of Singapore manufacturers. Soon enough, SMA became the voice of the manufacturing sector supporting the British colonial economy. With a membership of over 2,800 corporate members that range from MNCs to SMEs, SMa carries out a myriad of activities that aim to enhance the competitive edge of its members.

EDC@SMa was established in 2005 to help local SMEs set up their businesses, troubleshoot problems and upgrade their capabilities. EDC@SMa boasts a fully-equipped resource Centre with in house consultants who will help budding entrepreneurs set up their businesses, provide advice on various government agencies, incentives and programmes.

ABAS

As part of its initiative to promote continued breastfeeding for working mums, ABAS is available to conduct lunchtime talks to staff at workplaces to help them understand and manage breastfeeding better after returning to work. The talks are conducted by ABAS volunteers who are trained healthcare professionals or experienced mothers from the support groups.  The two topics offered are:

• Working and Breastfeeding – This talk covers the practical aspects of how mothers can continue feeding infants breast milk even after they have returned to full-time work.

• Feeding Baby Right in the First Year   - This topic guides parents on the best nutrition for infants in the first year of life.

Fitness Resources

Fitness Resources, based in Singapore, offers wellness solutions to corporations throughout SE Asia. We provide a seamless resource of professional recommendations and wellness services, giving companies the tools and strategy to promote health, motivate employees, and create sustainable lifestyle change.

Bodypulse

Bodypulse was formed in late 2004 initially to provide spa quality massage services and workshops (Foot Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Head and Shoulder Massage etc) to corporate clients at budget rates. Its objective was and still is to assist individuals, family and corporations, regardless of their age and general background, to lead a life that reduces as much stress from everyday life as possible through our programmes/activities. We have branched out from just providing massage services and workshops to various other activities such as nature treks/hikes, teambuilding sessions/adventures, pastry making and more. We have served clients from all walks of life, from 8 to 80, literally!
